■Features of Lubrication-Free Nut for Lead Screws
As can be seen from the test result shown below, MISUMI Lubrication-Free nuts can achieve performance equivalent of once per 45hrs. lubrication cycles.
After initial greasing, this realizes Lubrication-Free operation. It provides high performance especially under low-speed operation.
Test Conditions: Sample Screw Shaft: MTSRW10－270
Nut: MTSFR10·MTSMR10 (Lubrication-Free)
Applied Load: 220 N, Shaft Speed: 1,500 rpm
