Insert a joint nut (1) in the extrusion having D holes drilled.



Put the button head screw (3) through the joint plate (2),
lightly tighten it temporarily.


Put the Joint Plate (2) through the Extrusion with Wrench Holes (B) and slide to the bottom of (A).




Put a hex wrench through the wrench hole and then,
tighten the button head screw (3).

■How to Make the Extrusion End Cap Flat

The length of the aluminum extrusion is shortened to compensate for the thickness of the extrusion end cap.

 
[Example: Single Joint Connection: When connecting with a length of 300 mm per side]
* Alterations (FR/FL) for "thickness 2.5 mm" are currently not available.
C: Protrudes by the thickness of the extrusion end cap
 Specify the part number HFS6-3030-300-RCV-LCV, a length of 300 mm, and the wrench holes on the left and right.

D: The extrusion end cap does not protrude and becomes flat
 Specify the part number HFS6-3030-294-RCV-LCV-FR-FL , the extrusion to be shorter by the thickness of the extrusion end cap, and the wrench hole and wrench hole movement to the left and right.
