■Slider with Clamp
　Sliders can be secured to desired position by tightening Clamp Screws.
　Retaining Force (Reference Value): 1.8 kg
　Tightening Torque: 0.2 N⋅m
　* Caution: If the tightening torque exceeds 0.2 N⋅m, resin screw tip can deform.

■Caution
　·When using in wall mounting arrangements
　　Please use the slider in the direction shown in the drawing above.
　　Also, be sure to use it in a way that no moment load is applied to it.

　·Falling-off Prevention

　　To use linear rails in vertical or inclined states,
prepare an external mechanism to prevent sliders from falling off.
　· Maintenance
　　Rails are greased before shipment.
Please lubricate them with urea-based grease meeting usage conditions, as needed.
　　* When at a low speed and for low precision applications, this can be used with no grease applied.
　·Handling:
Be careful not to drop when installing. There is a risk of loss of the preloaded pressure if the rails suffer impact.

■About Installation
  • Can be mounted horizontally, ceiling-mounted, wall-mounted (horizontal) and wall-mounted (vertical).
  • Please note that the load rating value varies depending on the load direction. (See "Overview/Specifications" below)
    There is no data for wall-mounted (vertical) installation.
  • The allowable moment load is the load rating × 30% (reference value).
  • To install in vertical or inclined states, prepare an external mechanism to prevent sliders from falling off.
