Can be used in a cleanroom (ISO 14644-1 ISO 4 Equiv. to 6 Equiv.). Electrolytic polishing + precision cleaning is recommended for vacuum applications.

·Uncleaned products (standard products) have oil (anti-rust oil) attached to the surface and have an anti-rust effect. However, they are not suitable for cleanroom environments.
·Precision-cleaned products are suitable for clean environments because oil and particles are removed. The anti-rust effect is reduced by removing the oil.
·In electrolytic polishing + precision cleaning, oil removal and electrolytic polishing of metal surfaces further remove particles and reduce outgas.
In the case of stainless steel, a passivation film is formed on the surface, increasing the anti-rust effect.
