[Clean & Pack]Flexible Hoses - High Pressure Type

[Clean & Pack]Flexible Hoses - High Pressure Type
Three types of cleaning methods are available: degreasing, precision cleaning, and electrolytic polishing + precision cleaning. They can be ordered from one piece with the standard part number.
This eliminates the need for customer cleaning or outsourced cleaning, reducing the amount of time and effort required.

Installation Method

IncorrectCorrect
Excessively small bend radius will dramatically shorten the hose's service life.Related Image 1_Installation Method ×Use pipes for tight radius sections and keep the hoses within allowed bend radius ranges.Related Image 6_Installation Method
Repeatedly flexed sections require extra cautions.Related Image 2_Installation Method ×Use the curved pipes, and mount tubes in order to form U-shapes.Related Image 7_Installation Method
Hose twisting loads due to repeated horizontal motion are very dangerous.Related Image 3_Installation Method ×Avoid excessive curvatures by attaching rollers that turn with movements of the hose.Related Image 8_Installation Method
The hose will be twisted if rotary motions are applied to the mounting points.Related Image 4_Installation Method ×Avoid the hose twists by mounting rotary fittings.Related Image 9_Installation Method
The hose will twist if not mounted in-line with the direction of motion.Related Image 5_Installation Method ×Be sure to mount the hose in-line with the direction of motion.Related Image 10_Installation Method
