[Features]
· Continuous teeth (roller pins) maintain contact in 2 to 3 locations, preventing backlash from occurring in either the forward or reverse direction.
· Feed accuracy (rotation-to-linear ratio) and positioning accuracy are comparable to that of a precision ball screw.
· Roller supported by bearings rolls smoothly on the trochoid gear.
· Does not produce a loud gear rattle or traveling noise. Vibration is therefore also reduced.
· The rolling contact is smooth and the diameter of the rotating part is small with low rotation speed, so friction is low and heat and dust emission are minimal.
· Can be extended using a lengthening jig. Additionally, capable of running at high speeds of over 180 m/min.
