· This product provides weld metal that has outstanding mechanical properties, with a 25% Cr - 12% Ni austenitic structure that contains the appropriate amount of ferrite and low cracking susceptibility. Provides excellent welding workability thanks to its stable arc, as well as reduced spatter production and slug removability, etc.
· Contains a large amount of chromium and nickel, which gives it excellent heat and corrosion resistance properties, enabling it to demonstrate stable structure even when diluted with different metal matrix composites such as carbon steel, etc.
· Because HS-309L has low carbon content, it features excellent heat and corrosion resistance, and deposits less chromium carbide, offering excellent grain boundary corrosion resistance even if the welding is left as is.- Volume Discount
