Space-saving, lighter weight spur gear with module 3.0 and a pressure angle of 20° (full depth tooth) and, made of S45C material
[Features]
·KG standard comes in parallel width (for light loads) and wide width (for heavy loads), selectable according to your application.
· Gear precision grade is JIS B 1702-1 (ISO) Grade 8 (Gear induction hardened part: Grade 9).
· Shape A: without hub, B: with single hub, BF: additional expansion product with single hub.
· For shaft fastening, "-" is without keyway or screw, "=" is with keyway and "#" is with keyway, screw hole, key material and screw.
· Space-saving, lighter, no need for fastening (=, #).
· Products with "H" added to the suffix are gear induction hardened. Holes are not modified after hardening for HRC 47 to 53.
